Partner terms

1. Commission: for every order referred via your partner code and paid, you receive 20 % of the net revenue excluding shipping. Renewals only earn commission if agreed separately.
2. Release: commissions are released 14 days after payment. If an order is withdrawn, cancelled or refunded, the commission lapses; amounts already paid are offset in the next settlement.
3. Settlement and payout: released commissions from 25,00 € are settled and paid within 10 days.
4. Self-billing (§ 14 (2) sentence 2 UStG): if you choose self-billing, NonMori settles in your name; you may object to a credit note. You inform us immediately of changes to your tax status.
5. Duties: advertising only truthful and respectful, no price promises outside our prices, no own orders to earn commission.
6. Data protection: you receive no personal data of customers, only order number, date, amount and status.
7. Term: the partnership can be terminated by either side at any time in text form; commissions earned until then are settled. German law applies.
